Diyaluma waterfall πΈ
Diyaluma Waterfall is the second-highest waterfall in Sri Lanka, standing at around 220 meters (720 feet). Located in the Badulla District near the town of Koslanda, it is a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The waterfall is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, and visitors can enjoy scenic views from the base as well as from the top, where there are several natural rock pools to swim in.The waterfall is accessible by a short hike, and the area around Diyaluma is known for its lush greenery, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers. The hike to the top, though somewhat challenging, rewards visitors with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and the opportunity to relax in the rock pools that have formed along the stream before it plunges over the edge.

I visited viharamahadewi park last year.Viharamahadevi Park is the largest and oldest public park in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Originally known as Victoria Park, it was renamed after Queen Viharamahadevi, the mother of King Dutugemunu, a historical Sri Lankan ruler. Located near landmarks like the Town Hall of Colombo, the park is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, offering wide open spaces, walking paths, a playground, and a beautiful array of trees and flowers.It has historical significance as well, having been established during the British colonial period. Over the years, the park has undergone renovations to improve its facilities, and it often hosts public events and gatherings. It's a peaceful retreat within the bustling city, known for its serene environment and lush greenery.

I visited this place last year.Dabe aara wewa" seems to refer to a reservoir (wewa) in the Monaragala District of Sri Lanka. Monaragala is a region known for its natural beauty and historical significance, including many ancient reservoirs, which are vital for irrigation and agriculture in the area.

Ohiya Railway Station is a small but significant train station located in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. It lies on the Main Line (also known as the Upcountry Line), which is renowned for its scenic train rides through lush landscapes, mountains, and tea plantations.
