Media literacy education provides tools to help people develop receptive media capability to critically analyze messages offers opprtunities for learners to braden their experience of media and helps them develop generative media capability to increase creative skills in making their own media message .
Media literacy is a set of skills that help people .not just youth analyze the content of media messages that they receive and send.

Preparing children to navigate the internet by themselves and teaching them how to be conscious deliberate users is essential for empowering well.Informed future voters and citizens  
But media literacy isn't just an issue for future voters.All of us need to practice this essential form of literacy to consume the whirwind media cycle through a critical eye.

   The self ccenteredness is made up of the goals that they set themselves .Through those goals or objectives ,they provide information to themselves   .They only get the information they need and reject unnecessary information .

When he has knowledge about his ultimate goals and objectives if the power to move to provide information is strong ,he will expend physical energy for it.

2.Cognitive structure 

   Cognitive structure is a set of processed information stored in a person's mind.

3.skills

   Skills or media skills are acquired by engaging in an activity and gaining experience in it.If we exercise our muscles regularly .we can strengthen them otherwise ,the muscles will not grow mutch.

Using the media will require media skills to use the properly.

Let me introduce my self.I'm madhusha sewwandi Ranawaka .My hometown is matara .I'm 24 yeras old ..I obtained my primary and secondary education at Dudley senanayaka national school in pitabeddara .

Now I will tell about my family ..There are four people in my family .They are my mother father and my younger sister and me.My father was a labour and my mother is a house wife.we are small and loving family .

In my leisure time I read many books ,traveling and swimming.

My parents always treat me as a friend and always suggest that i make my life decisions.During vacations ,we visit our grandparents who stay in kandy.

I am currently  studying communication studies degree in trincomalee campus ..


I think i would like to become a lawyer ...I prefer to associate with people who are humble and love nature more...💗
